As with all MotoDiscovery Training tours, instruction is personalized to meet your needs, tour groups are limited to only eight (8) participants to assure the best possible learning experience. The Pure Baja + Training Tour combines an adventure rider training course with a tour of Northern Baja, injecting the fun of international travel, beautiful scenery and the well known qualities of service legendary with MotoDiscovery. This event is intended for riders with prior off-road experience and should be considered a more advanced course than the Pure Moab + Training Tour. At the same time one should not expect the level of intense challenge often associated with the Baja 1000 Race. Motorcycles must be 400 cc or larger.
Let’s get this straight. When you get motorcycle adventure training from MotoDiscovery, it is personalized, no intimidation and it is fun... as it should be. The Baja Peninsula is the perfect course for one to up their skills and have a fun ride at the same time. With all the terrain possibilities one can expect to encounter when adventuring on two wheels around the globe, you can count on coming away with better confidence and looking forward to many miles of more enjoyable off-road riding.
This is a tour too! What that means is great accommodations and famous Baja cuisine which no doubt will include the hunt for the best fish and lobster tacos. With rides along both the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean, mountains and pine forests, miles of vineyards reminiscent of the Napa Valley and the traditional warmth and welcome of the Mexican people, this is the complete motorcycle touring experience. And throughout the ride, the coaching is continuous, applying and tuning your newly acquired skills until they become automatic and stress free.
As mentioned, you should have some off-road riding experience. We are going to nudge you into the next level, up the challenge when you feel you are ready, and be there with you the whole way. With group size limited to eight riders you know you’ll get the best attention and service.
Sign up early. Invite your friends or encourage your club or dealership to sponsor a ride. Adventure touring and training has never been more fun.
