DEPOSIT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to tour departure.
Your personal checks are welcomed.
Note: If you compare, you will find that MotoDiscovery has the most
generous deposit and payment policy in organized motorcycle travel.
Mexico & Costa Rica Tours
- $200 US deposit (per person) secures your reservation.
- In the event of cancellation, you must notify MotoDiscovery
in writing no less than 45 days prior to tour departure, in which
case $100 per person will be retained with the balance promptly
refunded. No exceptions
- Should you cancel your tour within the 45 day period prior to
tour departure, you are subject to forfeiture of entire deposit.
No exceptions.
- Should your cancellation happen to be within a period of less
than seven days prior to tour departure, you will lose your deposit
and may be subject to additional forfeitures to cover costs incurred
as a result of that cancellation.
- All payments are to be in US dollars.
- There are no refunds once the tour has commenced.
- All tour participants must sign a standard liability release
form, a common and accepted practice in the travel industry.
- Cancellation and trip interruption insurance is advised. Contact
your travel agent or insurance carrier.
All other Tours (including Asia, Europe, South America & "Rio
Grande to Panama Canal Tour")
- A deposit of $400 per person to hold your reservation.
- Minimum cancellation fee of $100. If canceled within 60 days
from bike shipping, additional fees may be charged.
- Final full payment remains at 45 days prior to tour
- No refunds once tour has commenced. Travel cancellation insurance
advised, available through your insurance carrier or travel agent.
